Iranian insurance Act must be revised to enforce policies of (44) principle

     According to general policies of (44) principle, the establishment of Iranian central insurance Act must be revised, Majlis Research Center emphasized

    The establishment of Iranian central insurance Act was studied and conformed to the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act by economic studies office, saying as public relations office. Some parts of the establishment of Iranian central insurance Act that it was enacted 38 years ago are consistent with some articles of the enforcement of (44) principle of the constitution Act that according to the development of insurance activities and the improvement of regularity system, Iranian central insurance Act must be amended, it pointed out.

    Although it seems that the amendment of different articles of the establishment of Iranian central insurance Act is so necessary to enforce perfectly the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act, the importance of the amendment of some of them is reinforced urgently such as (5), (10), (17), and (61) articles that they are related to insurance activities directly, Majlis Research Center added.

      Consequently, the ratification of amendments proposed by Majlis Research Center prepares a good way to conform the establishment of Iranian central insurance Act to the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act and to enforce it better too.
