     The codification and ratification processes of bylaws of the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act were studied by Majlis Research Center

    Some Articles of the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act discusses that there are some rules for codifying and ratifying bylaws, directives, and some supplementary rules of the Act that they can be o­nly codified and ratified by supervisory boards and administrations, economic studies office stated.

     According to the Act, 34 bylaws, directives, criterion, and other regulations must be codified and ratified totally that o­ne of them must be ratified by the minister of finance and economic affairs, eighteen of them must be ratified by council of ministers, ten of them must be ratified by supreme council of the enactment of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution, and five of them must be ratified by transition board, it added. Also due to enforce the Act effectively and urgently, the deadline has been put to codify and ratify these rules, saying as public relations office.

     The codification and the ratification of stipulated bylaws of the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act is o­ne of prerequisites to enforce the Act and so the deadline has been put to accelerate its codification, Majlis Research Center said. Therefore  information obtained of the ministry of finance and economic affairs can show the delay in ratifying and notifying the Act by relative boards and systems and in spite of six-month deadline for the codification and the ratification of many rules of the enforcement of general policies of (44) principle of the constitution Act, it can be seen even after o­ne year of the date that the Act was approved; most of them are being codified and they haven't been ratified or notified yet, it added. So in order to focus o­n accelerating the codification and the ratification of necessary rules, the ministry of finance and economic affairs that it is responsible for mentioned affairs directly must take necessary actions urgently, it concluded.
