Comments on the 9th government's policies on building economy

    The 9th government's policies o­n building economy were criticized by Majlis Research Center

    Economic trend of Iranian building market has had ups and downs in the previous government, infrastructure studies office stated. Therefore, according to an urgent need predicted for building sector in 10th government, these conditions emphasizes to make comments o­n adopted policies of the 9th government o­n building economy, it added; saying as public relations office.

    Majlis Research Center criticized adopted policies of the 9th government o­n building sector from 2005 to 2008 by presenting economic planning model for building sector. All measures and policies of the 9th government o­n building sector show an upward trend in policymaking based upon proposed model, and it added.

     Furthermore, quantitative indices of building economy sector in the 9th government analyzed by Majlis Research Center. Although these indices are far from utilization, it is predicted- that because of time-lag in  the effectiveness of quantitative building (market) indices- if fundamental policy making are kept o­n, we will see improving economic quantitative indices of building next years.
