Different comments on the combination of the ministry of commerce with mine and industry ministry

     Majlis Research Center published a report of different comments o­n the combination of the ministry of commerce with mine and industry ministry

According to gathering data of the combination of mentioned two ministries, economic studies office pointed out that although at first it seems that most of them are pros to combine two ministries, but there are leading points as follows:

    1. Various considerations as prerequisites and conditions of combination have been discussed,

    2. The necessity of multilateral studies and the prevention of hasty decisions have been reminded,

    3. There is no assessment of how to economize or documents in cases that there are pros to combine two ministries for the reason of saving for the government,

    4. Some points had been discussed in previous report of Majlis Research Center that the same of them have been discussed ambiguously to weigh up pros and cons to combine these ministries, 

   5. Remarkable reasons have been given by cons to combine them, 

   6. Supporter studies are required to evaluate the proposal of combine to ministries politically, economically, and technically that without these studies their combination can be as a trial that if it is an error, ministries will be changed as before or another,

   7. o­nly studying the proposal of their combination can not be defined their pros and cons unless functions of new ministry and how to work with a new structure are discussed to make comment decisively.
